Your tasks Task

  • You develop brand, digital, and social media strategies, integrating AI-driven marketing approaches to enhance performance
  • You conduct brand and competitor analyses, leveraging social listening and AI-powered trend forecasting to identify market opportunities
  • You provide strategic consulting for clients across creative strategy, digital strategy (including social media and influencer marketing), and communication strategy
  • You define insights based on qualitative and quantitative data, utilizing tools such as Pulsar and GWI to inform decision-making
  • You collaborate closely with Creative, Client Services, Paid Media, and Data teams to craft holistic and effective social strategies

Your skills Skill

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a (creative) agency environment, with a focus on strategy
  • You possess deep expertise in brand or digital strategy and a strong understanding of consumer behavior
  • You demonstrate extensive knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Snapchat
  • You have a hands-on leadership personality with a digital-first mindset and the ability to mentor and guide teams
  • You have excellent presentation and moderation skills in English (German or French or Italian is a big plus), with an innovative spirit and a keen eye for trends that drive creative inspiration
